Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is excellent, not far from an indoor ski slope and close to Harry Potter World with lovely gardens. The room had a modern bathroom, but there was stagnant water throughout, causing a nasty smell. The service was lacking, as they didn't provide great service overall. The dining experience included crisp salads, and the facilities were fairly basic.
The hotel is conveniently located near the indoor ski slope and the ‘restaurant,' offering easy access to the Manor House and Harry Potter World's lovely gardens. The stay was enjoyable with lovely surroundings, but the service could have been better.
The hotel is conveniently located not far from an indoor ski slope and close to Harry Potter World, offering lovely gardens in the lush Manor House pictured. The rooms had stagnant water throughout with a nasty smell, but my double bedroom with a modern bathroom was comfortable. The service was lacking as they didn't provide great service, and amenities like room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and a welcome drink were missing. The dining experience included home-made bread, but there were some ups and downs. The location was excellent, with easy access to various attractions, earning a high rating. The facilities were sufficient but not outstanding.
The hotel is located in a beautiful Manor House setting, offering a lush and lovely atmosphere. The rooms provide a standard desk chair and modern bathroom, but unfortunately, had stagnant water throughout with a nasty smell. The service fell short in terms of not providing great service. The dining experience included seasonal vegetables, and the facilities were within the big Manor House.
